The tops have been blown off those buildings. I think it is safe to assume that the US has a satellite parked overhead, and is peering in through roof with Hubble-esque resolution.
If they do have that kind of resolution (some military satellites have very fine resolution, civilian satellites less so) I am guessing they will show the debris pile and a jumble of damaged components. It would be difficult at best to infer with any accuracy the water levels of those pools.
