Everyone’s looking at Cali. But, what about New Madrid? If that went it could be a real doozy. People there are not prepared for a huge earthquake. The homes and buildings are not up to the same code that Cali’s are.
Given all the quake documentaries being run this past week, I was surprised to find that it’s almost concensus that New Madrid “died” after that two year event in 1811-12.
