I know exactly how the Rats do it. They will Google the Iraqi war and search for the republican responses to their "we need Congress' approval" and use those responses for this one.

They have absolutely no principles.

There has been no use of the U. S. War Powers Act since 1976. How about asking Congress for a Declaration of War???I though we were a Nation of laws!!!
