How about war criminal for attacking a country that was no threat to us and was not engaged in hostile action against the US?

In fact, didn't he lay down his weapons of mass destruction? Why do we want to bomb him now? Just to let Al Qaeda and/or the Muslim Brotherhood take hold?

Well, one theory would be that both Qaddafi and Mubarak were impediments to broad Islamist movements and plans to create a Greater Caliphate that would be an existential threat to the West.
