9.30pm: Libya’s state television is reporting that Muammar Gaddafi will shortly make an address to the people of Libya “on the Crusader’s aggression”.

State television is even running the message on screen in English, to make sure the message gets across.

I would have rather America stayed out of this one. Now that America is in it ... Go America's Military!

Even if they miss their intended target, they are likely to kill someone who hates America. Our apparent purpose is to liberate the Rebels so that they can install their own peculiar brand of tyranny.

The upside to this conflict is that it will give our military some live ammo training. And they don't have to feel bad when they accidentally kill the people they were trying to protect. I don't think there will be any "friendly fire" casualties here.

At this point we can only hope that they kill off Ghadaffi quickly, so we don't waste too much of our valuable military resources on this conflict. Then in 5 years we can return with our bombers and missiles and blow up his replacement.

Someday this kind of training will come in handy.

Really and what did Libya do to the United States recently that required our act of war upon them?

Nothing. Al Qaeda and/or Muslim radicals will take over when they win there (and win they will with us launching cruise missiles.

It is very clear to me now that Obama wants a super-state radical Muslim caliphate to be established very soon in the throughout the Arab and Muslim world. It will be composed of Sudan, Turkey, Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Lybia, Ethiopia, and probably a few of the "Stans."
