He has to have time to collect civilian bodies, do photo shoots, and release them into the Arab world to see.

Just wait. This is what he is up to.

Obama's preference would have been to topple today's Iraqi government. But that news is too recent for Americans not to remember so he had to resort to Libya. Next I suppose Kuwait will be Obama's next target. After that maybe Jordan.

We need more Irans and Syrias in this world I guess.

Obama feels that if he can appease Al Qaeda in northeast Libya by removing the only man who’s kept them in check then maybe once they gain control over Libya and its oil they will warm up to the United States and stop their terrorism against us.

Now there's a closely reasoned argument! /s

Or Obama wants Al-Qaeda to win in Libya, period.

That's your opinion. but if Obama really wanted Gadaffi out of Libya he would have supported military action 4 weeks ago.

Qaddafi is using the Saddam rope a dope strategy....only he’s crazy enough to make it work, and time really is on his side.

He can play this game for years, and hang on now. It’s like Obama granted him a stay. Plus he knows the world loves to demonize America, so time is in his favor.

Maybe Obama thought then that Gaddhafi would lose even without intervention.

He knows Obama has already committed himself, he can’t back out now, so Gaddhafi, can embarrass him now, just like the Khomeini did Carter.

The Arab League is now against this because Obama and the UN came in too late.

That's a weird argument. What was Obama supposed to do? Call up the Kind of Saud and say, "Oh, it's an emergency, I'll get on it right away?" That might be what happened, anyway.

The only thing I give O a little credit for is, that once the bad decision was made, making the French and others take the lead on the airplane action, rather than jumping to have the US do it all.

Not too much credit though... It's just that we don't have an aircraft carrier in the Med. at this time...

If it was there, do you think he wouldn't use it?

Yep, K'Daffy is using the old rope-a-dope strategery....sting like a bee, then lie back and float like a butterfly.

Next round.....TKObama.

Yes. So what? I would call for a ceasefire as well. While I re-arm and move and let the arab leaque cry about civilian casualties.
