State senators have options, including passing the original bill and re-passing the collective bargaining bill, but they are pursuing the Appeal out of desire to maintain separation of powers and send the proper message back to the meddlesome county court judge.
Meanwhile Gov. Walker's staff is working on legislation pulling together the discarded pieces of his budget repair bill, including a restructuring of state debt. It is expected the pieces of the bill that were temporarily sidelined by the Flee Party escaping to Illinois will be taken up after the senate reconvenes on April 5.
If there is any justice, not only will the WI Supreme Court reverse the decision and support the Senate but the decision will be delivered in suitable form and with lubricant so that pain-in-the-ass Peter Barca can properly file it away.

It appears as though the knuckledragging, commie union thugs are winning. This is why I’ve always believed that EVERYBODY should be required to pay taxes. If you don’t pay taxes, you don’t vote.
