Full disclosure: I’ve been a golfer for over 40 years. I was in Mgt. at a major defense contractor and often worked 12 hours or so before going home and working another 5 or 6 hours. Whenever possible, I’d play golf on the weekends and doing so probably kept me from having ulcers or a heart attack. Golf is a tremendous stress reliever and helps to clear the mind.
While I agree that Obama is an idiot, I don’t begrudge him playing a round of golf when the opportunity arises; other than the fact that he and his Secret Service entourage severely hamper the ability of those serving in the military to play golf on the base courses. He is still in contact with those who really run the government and still has the “football” nearby.
I have inlaws that live right on a private golf course North of Little Rock AR. When Clinton was Prez, he used to frequently play there. All residents went through background checks. The course would be closed. SS agents would be scattered all through the course, scouting for nefarious folks ahead of Clinton as he played. My inlaws could watch all of this from a balcony at their house. Clinton was an ass!
Dubya’s ranch house in Crawford TX had all of the communication means of probably AF-One. When he was there, he did do ranch work, bike riding, etc., but he also continued to conduct the business of the nation. He was wrongly criticized for his trips to the ranch, because he did not shirk his duties as President while there.
Sorry for the long posting. It just irks me that so many critics berate others in stressful jobs for finding a way to relax occasionally.
Obama’s stress, of course, derives from the fact that he entered office with no executive experience and he still doesn’t have a clue of what to say or do, until someone in his inner circle or a union leader tells him.

I don’t give a rat’s rear end or a tinker’s dam or what in the h-e-double hockey sticks he does. As long as he’s golfing, or shooting baskets, he isn’t signing executive orders.
Yes, Zippy should be playing more golf.
