I believe this is known as “legislating from the bench”, a favorite Democrap tactic. Much like “indoctrinating from the classroom” and “controlling the message” in the media.

Exactly, a bought and paid for judge appointed by a bought and paid for leftist. These unions who buy themselves whatever they want and own people in govt to do it need to go down inflames. How about all non-unions have their own gatherings with coffins and prayers for the dead unions! Let these extortionists fade away to some third world place where the govts won’t tolerate their crap.
