What will the courts do when the states don’t have any money to pay for anything? Peobably order it be taken from the public. Will this be the straw that broke the patriot’s back?

A few years back a judge in Kansas actually decided that a school district was under funded, took it over and directed how it was to be run, RAISED taxes to pay for it, and then ultimately it failed anyway. Nothing was ever done to him or about him for so grievously over stepping his bounds. IIRC
