Some people, such as factory workers, take a great deal of pride and - dare I say it? - ego-stroking - in knowing the right button to push on their little machines.

Yes - like ATM banking for example. Why isn’t ATM banking in wild disarray, like voting? Oh...wait...right...I see...you have to identify yourself to the ATM first. Gee, I wonder what our banking system would be like if you didn’t have to identify yourself before performing transactions???
