HONOLULU (AP) -- A Hawaii appeals court has rejected a man's request to "inspect and copy" Honolulu-born President Barack Obama's birth certificate, saying the plaintiff failed to state a valid claim to having access to the document.
Chief Judge Craig Nakamura wrote in an opinion issued Thursday that Robert V. Justice didn't show there were "compelling circumstances" requiring the state Department of Health to show him the birth certificate.

We are not just individuals and we do have a right to know if the POTUS is legitimate.
You have given me an idea. If every freeper contributed a couple of dollars, perhaps we could induce Onyango Obama (Baracks long lost, hut dwelling, half brother) to come to Hawaii and apply for a copy of the birth certificate. The guy makes about $7.00 a year, so if we waived $50,000 under his nose, perhaps he would do it. Could Hawaii deny kin?
Oahu it is. 10,9,8.7,6.........
Now you know your rights only extend as far as a Judge says.
The vast majority of lawsuits have been dismissed because the people who are bringing them “lack standing”. Apparently an ordinary citizen has no right to question the legitimacy of the president.
But that’s only true if Barak Obama Sr. is really his father - and we can’t even be certain of that. I don’t think we’r
e know anything about him -I mean NOTHING which is quite astonishing
He “wrote” a book, had a COLB published on the Internet, and two newspaper birth announcements were found. All those indicate Daddy was Barack Obama. We should just go along with the CommiecRATs and accept them as true.
“The guy makes about $7.00 a year, so if we waived $50,000 under his nose, perhaps he would do it. Could Hawaii deny kin?”
He won’t do it. He is probably slotted to be Odinga’s minister of truth.
The HDOH tried to get a law passed undoing Hawaii’s Open Records law because they said they had so many requests about Obama’s records that it disrupted their normal business - and yet that isn’t a “compelling interest” or even a “scintilla” of public interest.
What does it take to convince them that we’re interested? Maybe we should inundate them again, do the Cloward-Piven thing of burying them in demands they can never meet - just so we’re sure they hear us.
It’s so stupid. So wrong. I want my country back.
lol
There are actually 4 reasons that Hawaii’s laws REQUIRE the release of Obama’s birth records:
1) He already claims to have published his COLB so there is no longer any privacy exemption to disclosure that applies.
2) There is a “scintilla” of public interest which outweighs any privacy exemptions if they existed.
3) The HDOH Director already made a public statement regarding what is on those records, and any records created and maintained for the purpose of informing the public are automatically public records. When Fukino stated that she had seen the vital records verifying that Obama was born in Hawaii that automatically made all those records public - regardless of any privacy interests - because the public has to have a way of holding their public officials accountable to the truth.
4) the HDOH Administrative Rules - which Fukino illegally hid until a year after the election - say that anybody who asks for it can receive a NON-CERTIFIED copy of any abbreviated BC (COLB) in their office. Unfortunately, Hawaii is not following their rules or laws these days. Apparently not even the judges. (sigh)
Everything these people are saying about how the records CAN’T be disclosed because the law forbids it is UTTER BS. The laws actually REQUIRE disclosure of the records.
It’s just one big RICO scam. That’s what the State of Hawaii is. One big racketeering enterprise.
I don't think so.
Hawaii can do anything it darn well pleases. And the Ombudsman, OIP, and the judges - all supposed “watchdogs” for the people’s rights - will just purr and look the other direction. It is totally lawless. I could give you a list a mile long of the rules and laws they are breaking. They’re not even PRETENDING to follow the laws any more.
And that’s why this matters so much, and why it’s not really about Obama at all. The lawlessness that’s going on in Hawaii has traveled to every government agency that (supposedly) has records for Obama. It’s taking over the entire country, and unless we the people find a way to make the laws stick we basically don’t HAVE any laws.
That’s what is at stake.
I think Trump is beginning to understand that this country is being raped in every way imaginable. We say no and they do it anyway. The law says no and they do it anyway. That’s the story of the USA right now, and it’s making everything unstable and untrustworthy.
lol
From HuffPo...
The real question now is, why does anyone still need to see it? Every sane American knows that President Obama meets the citizenship test. So what is there left to see? Perhaps the billboard in the picture at the top of this article holds the answer - someone wants to see “Religion: Muslim” so they can claim all sorts of idiotic falsehoods about Islam and the Presidency, even though we Americans have that whole pesky “separation of church and state” thing.
Why do people still need to see it? - unsure
“sane person” - no Nancy Pelosi, a committed Communist millionaire certified that he was qualified, the same woman who told us to shut up and we can wait till it’s signed to find out what’s in ObamaCare.
He was born a Muslim, Islam is not just a religion, but a form of government, which is illegal here.
HuffPo is scared, I can hear them fretting at the Starbucks from here.
This judge is an Obama Supporter
It can easily be justified to look at Obama BC....to be President of the USA, you must be natural born. There is a legitimate question that Obama is not natural born, and his long-form BC will clarify that.
This is the same rationale used by anyone who wants proper ID from me when I request a certain service or product....either from the government or a private entity.
Using this judges rationale....one would not have to show ID to prove age when buying alcohol
