Lousy catechesis, in my opinion. Catholics are not taught the truths about faith and morals anymore and haven’t been for a while.
I am speaking of Catholic educated people in their 50’s and up. They should be ashamed.
They need to be taught in the home, by the parents. And hopefully the Catholic schools will back them up. But there’s a lot of semi-Cath goulash out there...
