I have studied civil wars (see my homepage). It is not something to be bandied about without VERY serious consideration.
Um maybe Revolution would be a better description than civil war, have you studied those too?

Yes. Do you prefer the French Revolution or the Russian Revolution? The American War of Independence was ‘a Revolution not made, but prevented’, since it was led by most of the leaders of the American Colonies.
