Not a chain eatery but Keller’s on NW Hwy in Dallas made the best burgers. Burgers and beer at Keller’s thats something I will well remember! The Prince of Hamburgers was not too bad either but its long gone now. Loved the old drive-ins of yesteryear.
We have Steak & Shake and White Castle in this area but Ive never been too impressed with their food. A White Castle burger is also called a “fartburger”, endearingly so by the people that like that sort of sandwhich.
I will have to check 5 Guys out since one opened near here recently.
I like the Frisco Melt at Steak and Shake.
