The Hawaiian state health official who personally reviewed Barack Obama's original birth certificate has affirmed again that the document is "real" and denounced "conspiracy theorists" in the so-called "birther" movement for continuing to spread bogus claims about the issue.

I don’t see such a signature spot on the Nordyke twins document.

Was a delivery doctor signature added in recent years and the official didn’t get her lie straight?

They louder they denounce this whole thing, the more evident it becomes that they truly have something to hide. The whole thing is stupid. This whole thing would go away if they would produce a verifiably genuine birth certificate saying Obama-lama-ding-dong meets the requirement to be president. But the zero’s steadfast refusal to comply shouts loud and clear he is hiding something and continuing the scam that has been the hallmark of his life from a very early age.
Hey “state health official”, why don’t you just release it publicaly and put this whole thing to rest once and for all?..........(sound of crickets chirping).

It wont seem so ludicrous when Obama will not be allowed on the election ballots unless he shows his certified birth certificate from Hawaii. Not the short or long form certificate of live birth.
Arizona, Montana, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Texas and many others have and are in the process of requiring proof before getting on the 2012 official ballot. So says the Secretary of States.

What is really ludicrous is that an entire political party is trying to hide him from this issue. There has been no other man running for that office that refuses to show he is qualified under the Constitution. He is getting away with it for one reason and one reason only. There is no reason why this man should not be made to prove he is qualified for the office of president. In this regard, R. Barclay Surrick, several other Judges who have refused to honor their oaths of office, and the Supreme Court are derelict in their duty under the Constitution by not enforcing the requirement that he prove his eligibility in the same Constitution.
There is nothing to be said to defend their stance that this one man is not being required to conform to the same standards that everyone else has conformed to. That is what is ludicrous!

I would it would not end there. This is not soley about his birth certificate; it’s about his eligibility to be President of the U.S. as a natural born citizen.
If he was born in Hawaii, which I think he was, that still doesn’t make him natural born. His mom is U.S. citizen, but his dad isn’t; therefore, Obama is NOT eligible.
Looking at an image of the Nordyke long form certificate of live birth available all over the net, there's a "Signature of Attendant" block below the "SIgnature of Parent or Other Informant" block. The attendant block has check boxes for M.D., R.N., Midwife, and Other to the right.

Box 18a > “Signature of Parent or Other Informant” has the signature ‘Eleanor Cole Nordyke’, and the ‘Parent’ box is checked.
Box 18b “Date of Signature” has ‘8-7-61’ written in.
Box 19: “I hereby certify that this child was born alive on the date and hour stated above”;
Box 19a: > “Signature of Attendant” has the signature ‘CO’ [or] “CA McAmi??? [not legible]”, and the ‘MD’ box is checked.
Box 19b: “Date of Signature” has ‘8/11/61’ written in.
