So what if he has a birth certificate? He’s a U.S. citizen but he is not a natural born citizen, thereby making him ineligible for the Presidency.
As long as he wants to continue to claim that his father is Obama Sr., he’s not natural born, based upon his father’s status as a non-citizen.
Obama’s huge error (which no one seems to have caught) is admitting his dad is Obama Sr. If he wanted to be eligible for the Presidency, he should have said his dad was Frank Marshall Davis or some other U.S. citizen - then, his eligibility would never have been an issue.
Eligibility, not the birth certificate, should be the point of emphasis.
Correct, he is not natural born; but, I still don’t believe he has the BC. Either case, he is not eligible, or we might as well make it official: The Constitution is and henceforth will be worthless.
If BO Sr was illegally married to Ann (already married to woman in Kenya) Barry's dad could not be legally conveyed US citizenship at the time of the marriage.
Also, if BO Sr was legally married at the time of Barry's birth, since BO Sr, was a British subject on a student visa attending college, BO Sr. would have had to take the oath (Pledge of Allegiance)in front of a federal judge (immigration court) to become a naturalized US citizen and there is no record of that neither. England and the US had dual citizenship in place at the time, but BO Sr. never applied to become a naturalized US citizen.
Thirdly, Barry was adopted by Lollo and became an Indonesian citizen thus renouncing his US citizenship (by his stepfather's actions) to attend public school under Indonesian law.
If someone else is Barry's real father who was a US citizen at the time of birth, then DNA could prove that though it would make any HI long form BC a fraud if the real dad's name isn't on that BC.
Lots to sort out as there is no record of BO Sr ever receiving a US passport neither.
