Oh lawdy, please don’t get the Q wars started. I live right smack in the middle of the DMZ between the two North Carolina BBQ factions and the shelling keeps me awake some nights.

Nothing, but nothing, beats the Dinosaur Barbecue originating in, of all places, Syracuse NY and branched into Rochester and Manhattan. Upon moving to GA I was dismayed at the paltry stuff they call “BBQ” in comparison.
