The GOP is complicit in getting us in this mess. We went bankrupt back when the debt hit 5 Trillion. Now it is 15 and climbing with over 100 Trillion in unfunded future obligations. They will have to print their way out of this mess sooner or later. Meanwhile they are looting and plundering as much as they can while they can.
No doubt about it.
I remember when I bought a home in N. Cobb County GA in 1981, someone had put a fairly large billboard on the side of Shallowford Rd. that said, “Say No, no, NO to Trillion Dollar national debt!”
Just 30 years ago. So, since then our debt has gone up nearly half a trillion dollars a year, most of that time under GOP administrations.
