Since Mrs. Palin has never been treated as “fairly” as Trump, and that being a completely relative statement, what incentive does she have, at this point, to expose herself to yet more blatantly hostile venues? The comparison is apples to oranges at this point in time.
The MSM is cashing in on Trump's outspokenness, but there is more to their agenda than simply money and I don't find it too difficult to “read between the lines”.
