Levin is correct. He knows too, while he won't discuss it, that Trump's supposed questions about Obama’s eligibility are phony. Trump, as does every U.S Senator, because every one signed Senate Res. 511, including Obama, that to be a natural born citizen requires being born of citizen parents. There is no doubt that Trump is a bright guy. He as his legal staff close by. He may even be working with Obama, and may know that there are personal documents ready in case they are needed by Obama, in case he is in a close race, or a race he can turn by embarrassing his opponent.

“My assumption and my understanding is that if you are born of American parents, you are naturally a natural-born American citizen,” Chertoff replied. “That is mine, too,” said Leahy.”

There is no doubt about our Senators. The statement above is from the Congressional Archives, 30 April 2008. There are more. What's more, they are correct, at least about what they chose to address. Here is one of twenty or so statement by authorities we can believe, this by Chief Justice Morrison Waite from Minor v. Happersett, 1874:

“The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners.”

This is the clarity you should demand of truth, and of Trump. He pursues the wild geese knowing it will lead nowhere. The truth is not so simple; it requires reading and trusting our supreme court justices, our founders and framers. But Barack Obama never told us he is a natural born citizen. Believe him. He said “I am a native born citizen of the U.S.” Barack is an attorney. He cited, exactly, the Title 8 definition for a 14th Amendment Citizen; a citizen born of a citizen mother and an alien father. The 14th Amendment never mentions natural born citizenship. But its author, Congressman John Bingham did, in his address to Congress, to the House, explaining the meaning of the 14th Amendment. Here is is explanation, from the Globe, the House Archive for 1866:

I find no fault with the introductory clause [S 61 Bill], which is simply declaratory of what is written in the Constitution, that every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen….

We are being taken for fools. There is no argument about the truth of what I've said. If Trump claims to be addressing eligibility, but doesn't mention the most important facts absolutely demonstrating Barack’s ineligibility, he is playing us for the fools we appear to be - and probably working for the left, as his support for Rahm Emanuel seems to indicate.

From Levin’s recent article:

“He leaned on government officials to use eminent domain against a little old lady whose home happened to be in the way of a parking lot he wanted to build for one of his casinos in Atlantic City, but he has always been for private property rights.”

All that matters is the economy. Whatever shape your yearnings for a free America take, step number one is the economy.

Has anyone actually declared they are running? Why endorse someone who hasn’t declared.

There is no doubt I will be banging my head on the desk when I hear who is.

Well at least you admit you oppose him for no logical reason.

Any “conservative” that hasn’t read Liberty and Tyranny has questionable credentials.

I think he’s a loose cannon, and we should all beware. Palin/Rubio ‘12!

Beware? That's funny, followed by Rubio for anything. Rubio is an open borders anti-American, and NOT a Natural Born Citizen, regardless where he was born.

Sounds like an elite talking. You can’t have a perfect voice, like yours, so, you don’t listen to intelligence?

Just more PC and elitist attitude. Good on you for allowing your holier-than-thou flag to fly.

I believe Trump is a liberal mole inside our party. I think he’s a plant to bring down the Tea Party.

Watch the movie, “Stalig 17,” and you’ll understand just how the Nazis infiltrated the gulags during the war. I have a sick feeling that Trump is a mole inside our Stalig

Trump’s own audio clips from Mark Levin show.

Devastating in my opinion, and I’m sad to say they were a real eye-opener to me. Decide for yourself. This is really, really not good.

http://legalinsurrection.blogspot.com/2011/04/sound-trumpet.html

Highlights:

He says he is “liberal” on healthcare, and that we must have universal Canadian-style healthcare

Gave no support whatsoever to the Tea Party and attended not a single rally, but donated to Schumer, Weiner, Harry Reid, etc.

He says he can’t understand why Nancy Pelosi didn’t do more to impeach the “evil” (his word) George Bush for “lying” to get us into Iraq.

He says he doesn’t understand why John Kerry didn’t win in 2004.

Said that George Bush was the worst president ever, although now he has changed his story to say Obama and Carter were the worst.

Don’t be fooled by this guy.

So you’re for universal healthcare? Because Trump is.

If Trump is president, prepare to kiss your freedom goodbye forever.

For the past three years I’ve researched Obama’s past. This is something I do every national election and have done so for nearly forty years. The fact that Mark Levin lambasts people like me, criticizing us for digging up facts, pisses me off. I suspect he has sold out.

I don’t know what Donald Trump’s intentions are at this exact moment. Mind reading isn’t one of my skills. Maybe he will, maybe he won’t run for office - the election is 18 months away.

Right now I’m more interested in Trump’s getting the light shined brightly upon Obama’s ineligibility to be President of the U.S. Exposing the usurper is the key to shredding the Democratic Party’s future endeavors and their coordination with whoever is trying to destroy the U.S.

The very idea that this nation will fly apart and self-destruct because a con artist in the White House is unmasked, is silly to its core.

Americans are better and smarter than that.

If this is the fear motivating so many - in the government and the MSM - behaving as though unhinged, then we have a bigger problem than just Obama. We have a loss of courage, of nerve, nationwide.

Butterdezillion has speculated that a concerted and well coordinated ongoing international attack against the U.S.’s economy and financial structure may be the motivation behind this situation. (Glenn Beck has postulated the same thing.) We let Obama stay the course or the Global meanies will immediately destroy the U.S.A. If we do nothing to stop them they do it slowly. Either way the intention is to destroy our way of life.

I don’t know about the threat’s viability. Electronic data, to me, doesn’t equate with real-world wealth. I don’t agree that carrying out such a threat will utterly destroy us.

The threat itself is an act of terrorism that appears to have frozen authorities into inaction. What we should be doing is go after the mastermind and the people who are behind this - whoever they may be. That isn’t happening.

So at this point in time, I do not consider Donald Trump to be a problem, especially if he continues to expose the con artist named Obama. Keep in mind, Trump stands to be destroyed financially if Obama and his puppet master are successful.

I do believe that whiners. like Levin, who attack people trying to unmask Obama, are a much bigger problem to the survival of our nation than Trump.

I’m not criticizing Trump for exposing the BC issue. I think it’s great.

But I hope we’re not duped into this guy as our candidate, because if we are, we’re screwed. He supports universal healthcare, and we’ll be saddled with it forever (just one example).

Goodbye freedon, hello tyranny.

You might want to lay off attacking Mark Levin for shining the light of truth, wake the hell up, and face the real enemy.

“I do believe that whiners. like Levin, who attack people trying to unmask Obama, are a much bigger problem to the survival of our nation than Trump.”

I listen to every single Mark Levin show via podcast. He has never attacked people trying to pursue the BC issue (like Beck has) or I would have been very angry with him if he had.

Get your facts straight and quit smearing Mark Levin.

It’s amazing how many people misrepresent conservative talk show hosts when they obviously don’t listen to their shows.

You like to listen to Mark Levin, that is your choice.

I prefer to pay attention to those who don’t ridicule me for performing due diligence and researching the background of those who want to be my president.

Did you know that Barak Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, has an immigration file? Homeland Security has blocked access to it by Lt. Col. Lakin’s attoney, Pamela Barnett.

Native born U.S. citizens don’t have immigration files, only foreigners. Therefore Obama is not a U.S. citizen.
