Welfare reform has consigned the blacks to a position similar to the Native Americans - a dwindling part of a society and culture that has passed them by. I say that with no gloating; they deserved better than that, and were simply victims of the soft bigotry of lowered expectations and double standards in which they were regarded as child-like by those who pretended to represent their interests (including Barak Obama).

Bravo -well said. And the most cruel aspect of what was done to them was to train them to enforce their own destruction. That's why people like Bill Cosby are attacked, by the black community itself, when they stand up to the destructive programming and tell blacks to fight against what's being done to them.

You’re absolutely right; any black person with some exposure that isn’t with “the program” is torn down or de-legitimized.
