I wouldn’t bother me in the least either as there as stalls in ladies restrooms unless he was “letting it all hang out” outside of the stalls. Then I’d walk back out and call the manager. Even if our two granddaughters were with me, all I would explain to them was the person has a mental illness and thinks he is a she. A he/she is not, like you said, interested in women.

I guess they get a hall pass once that is done, to go to the ladies room after that. I don’t know for sure. I just don’t want a gay man, transformed surgically into a female, doing their business in a men’s room... All of it is rather strange to me anyway.

Yeah, the elder lady, a white lady seen in the latter part of the video was the bravest person in the place. It looks like she was either shoved or hit to me, and additionally she was clearly threatened.
I still want to know if the employee that scarfed up what looked like the victim’s phone ( an employee later seen to be laughing it seems ) at 18 seconds into the video, gave it back or not. Seems like possibly he was trying to take away options for the victim to call for help.

Do we know for sure the incident involved the women’s bathroom? The beating victim indicated jealousy might have prompted the attack.
