the "Department of Health" and the "State of Hawaii" on the embossed seal are printed in dingbat fonts. They are unreadable.
And yes, dingbat fonts is the real name for fonts.

To the right of the parent’s races there seems to be a lot of dead space. I could be wrong but I thought I had seen the parent’s place of birth on other HI Certificates of Life Births of other people.

Could it be possible that the place of birth of the parents could have been digitally removed (photo shopped) from this particular document?

I know this is not the long form but there seems to be a lot of blank area. Maybe it’s normal. I guess we would have to compare it to other Certificates of live births of others from HI born at the same time.
