The angle between 6 and 1 in blocks 20 and 22 appears slightly different. Or is it just me? If it is different then how could it happen on a stamp?

I don’t think that’s an issue. It’s a hand stamp. The person who stamped it just had a curve upward in the first block and a slight curve downward in the second. Actually, that would probably be true to how people would stamp something in a book....
