Sorry, you are legally wrong on this issue. I don’t like it anymore than anyone else does, but someone is a “natural born citizen” if either (1) they were born here; or (2) both their parents were U.S. citizens when born. You simply don’t need both; it’s one or the other.
Not to be a smart aleck, but are you sure? Is this settled law? I’ve seen and heard lots of opinions agreeing and disagreeing with you.
Moot anyway since if it is controversial, SCOTUS will take the least disruptive course and favor the side you describe.
