Even that fact is an assumption. At this point we do not really know who Obama’s father was....it would be stated on the original COLB itself, along with the delivering physicians name and two witnesses.

I believe Obama was born outside of the USA, and that his mother filed for a Hawaian birth abroad as was then allowed
by Hawaii law,if application was made withiin 2 years of the birth outside of Hawaii.There are thousands of Japanese who have Hawaii birth certificates, and who were in fact born in Japan, the sons and daughters of field workers who worked in the pineapple fields, and whose mothers went home to Japan to give birth, and returned later.

Obama was born outside the USA, and as such, is not qualified for the presidency as a natural born citizen as required by Article II of the consitution.

Obama gets an article II waiver? Nah! He is destroyig our nation, and is not acting like an American, simply because he has no loyalty to our country or its constitution, no loyalty to his fellow Americans,only loyalty to those Ameicans who share his Utopian view or who have been allegedly “racially and ethnically” descriminated against, by the dastardly white majority.

Obama as such he acts just like what he is, a non natural born US citizen, a man with destructive ideals and who has no love for our country or its exceptionalism. In fact we have an alien in the White Hut, a fact that Article II was designed to prevent.

Obama intends to devide our nation, and then conquer it for his liberal fascist Utopia, one in which there is no freedom, for Obama as a un-American patriot to things , ideas and polcies that are distinctly Un American.
