Why do they want them out? Do they think that it would be better to have other serfs, er, people have the land for malls or other higher tax generating purposes?
Buiding permits, housing units, malls, schools, and fast food islands mixed with an Olive Garden and medical complexes help feed the machine. Many of the municipalities have gross receipts taxes in that area. Farms are exempt.
