as I understand it, both parent must be US citizen so if obama’s father was US citizen and mother kenyan, he still not qualified

You must be very precise about this stuff. It isn't nationality, it is citizenship. His father was Kenyan (British subject), his mother was a U.S. citizen not old enough to convey citizenship to anyone.

Obama born in USA he is a citizen. (BUT NOT A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN). Not born on U.S. soil, he is an illegal alien.

Regarless of where he was born, regardless of his mothers citizenship, If Barrack Obama Sr. is his legal father, Barack Obama is ineligible to the office of president PERIOD!
