I agree with you. And I found this article, if true, is going to do some serious damage.
This is the same nasty campaigner that eliminated his competition by dishing the dirt on them when the community organizer ran the first time. His community organizing was just a paid sideline while he gathered useful dirt on the established Democrats in his district.
I’m surprised someone hasn’t beaten the crap out of this snake long before he got to the White House. Back in the good old days, he’d have met death by dueling for besmirching his opponent’s honor. Unfortunately, he has none.
I watched the president and his pathetic attempts at humor. He wasn’t funny at all. The crowd did not seem too impressed either.

Perhaps this had little impact but every day on every single network news and or talker show this kind of disparegement against any Repub or anyone 0dumbo and the media think are a threat to 0dumbo are reported and discussed over and over and over.
Network news has a combined audience of over 25 million.
That kind of negative message on the GOP, white people, the Tea party etc will affect people’s viewpoints.
This event will be spoken of with glee on every talk show today and tomorrow

I don't think you understand how American media works. Sure, the event was watched live by an insignificant number of people. But, as those "highlights" (or more appropriately, low-lights) are played over, and over again for the next several days, the damage will be done. Trump, as a serious presidential candidate, is over. That's the power of the media machine.
I bet less than 4M people watched Tina Fey say (in character as Sarah Palin) - "I can see Russia from my house". And yet, a shocking number of people today think Palin actually said it. Again, that is the power of the media.
I'm not sure how Republicans fight back, or even if they can fight back. But Meyers has capably demonstrated the marginalizing power of the media in a pop-culture obsessed electorate and country.
Bambi is a bitter, nasty human being. But aside from that, it shows us that Trump really got under his skin.

Say what you want, but the Donald is getting under the Bam’s skin. Hopefully, the more the American public gets to see the “Messiah” in action the more they’ll understand the nature of the “thug in chief”. Let’s hope the Donald or other powers to be force the Bam to release his school transcripts and college essays (if any exist). Obama is the first POTUS that the media has never vetted; but that’s no surprise with our Pravda/like MSM.
