Well it happened on his watch. Nothing you can do about that. But I’m not sure this will matter much when people go to the polls in November 2012.

in 1991, George Herbert Walker Bush had a 90% approval rating... and he lost (though Perot helped) I imagine Obama’s will soar very quickly.
