A few years ago he had a stroke. Not sure if he was drain bramaged prior but he certainly is not of sound mind at this time.

At his age he should be relaxing on a cruise ship, sleeping in and enjoying a tropical breeze. When these ancient pols refuse to retire, of course their age will catch up to them. It’s a pity Nevada couldn’t have stepped in, and retired him against his wishes.
sheana, I think you’re on the money. Some of the things he’s said over the past 6 mos to a yr make sense under no other explanation. I suppose it could be stroke-related brain damage also. I’m no doctor. I only know that both he and the country would be better off if he would just retire gracefully.
