BTW, if nobody is doing it yet, there should be some effort to compile the statistics of how with gun freedom, minority communities are far more able to defend themselves against criminals. Since they traditionally have higher crime rates, the ability to defend themselves is even more important.

John Lott did something on this. He found that the group that benefited the most from CCW laws were urban minorities. If I recall correctly, it was urban minority women most of all.
