Border

• Department of Homeland Security is developing a new index to measure border security.
• Congress is probing the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives on their role in the 2010 death of a U.S. Border Patrol agent.
• Documents hold the answers that Attorney General Eric Holder won't provide on the Department of Justice's controversial gun operation.
• U.S. expands commercial inspection posts at a Laredo, Texas border crossing used by Mexican drug gangs. Laredo handles more commercial vehicle traffic than any other border crossing.
• Man indicted on eight charges including second degree murder after a shoot out with the U.S. Border Patrol on the Arizona-Mexico border leaving Agent Brian Terry dead. Congress says weapons found at the scene have been linked to Project Gun Runner.
• U.S. Border Patrol increases presence in it's Yuma Sector.
• A chase for suspected illegal aliens prompts two schools in Brownsville, Texas to go on lock down.

Islam/Sharia

• Murfreesboro, Tennessee schools are providing sensitivity training to their teacher and principals to increase their understanding of Muslim culture.
• The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) asked Everett Community College not to allow controversial speaker Raymond Ibrahim to speak at an event on campus saying he incites fear and hate against Muslims. The college ignored the requests of CAIR and permitted Ibrahim to speak saying its students can hear different view points.
• CAIR asks South Dakota to drop it's endorsement of a national security conference featuring Walid Shoebat claiming he is an "Islamophobe."

Constitution

• Obama administration drafts new guidelines that could seize control of all water sources, reversing previous Supreme Court decisions limiting federal government authority on regulations.

Sen. Joe McCarthy’s plea in Congress for an investigation of the Communists in The State Department and the ensuing stonewalling are a prototype for all such investigations today. Often the guilty go as far as character-assassinating the investigator, as they did to Ken Starr when Clinton should have been impeached. Or Kurt Weldon when he tried to expose the Clinton-Gorelick enablement of the 9-11 attack. Instead they investigated Kurt.

Real justice waits for the Judge to come back and reign in Jerusalem. Then this world will be run the right way for the very first time in its history. Come Lord Jesus, and bring your Kingdom and our Father’s will shall be done on earth as it is done in Heaven!
