The doe case also affirmed the kid could leave school at 16, so it applied to the 16th year of age, damn sure does not apply to collage. How have school go away with out of state fees all of these years??? Can they now sue based on Obummer and get their out of state fee reimburse including interest.

If the Feds want us to pay huge sums of money to educate the kids of foreigner they better dam well give us the money cause we won’t get it back from the foreigners in taxes.

Until we reserve a check equal or in excess of the full sum of the cost of education of every illegal alien child in our school system they an take their law and the edict of their own employee in black robes and shove it up their own ass.

We can’t even afford to take care of our own much-less the endless masses of illegal immigrant invasion that the Federal Government REFUSES to defend us against.

There is certainly a case to be made for language segregated schools. But also English language mandates prior to entering the main stream school system. This is of course ultimately a state issue.

States have always gotten to choose their main language. and it was Not always English. Louisianian was originally french and California among a few other states were abominated by Spanish.

Each state has to solve this problem for itself.
