It’s hard to picture what kind of good a digital camera would do him at 2 am, unless he didn’t mind using the built-in flash.
OPINION: Yes, this man seemed to be focused on looking for or at something. He either didn’t care or he didn’t know that their was a surveillance/security camera watching him.
