A previously unexplained anomaly in the Obama long-form birth certificate released by the White House has now become even more suspicious, as WND has learned the document does not conform to Hawaii's standard practice for issuing certified copies of birth certificates.
While the governor's office maintains Obama was given a certified copy of his birth certificate, and while Hawaii – WND has learned – includes an embossed seal to complete the certification, the raised seal on the image posted by the White House … is missing.
Furthermore, an official with the Vital Statistics Section of Hawaii's Department of Health told WND, a document without the seal "may not be a certified copy."

It would not have the embossed seal while it’s still in the book.
Only a certified copy sent to the person would have the seal.
We were supposedly shown a scan of the BC from the book, which would not have the seal.
Whereas, the earlier certification, sent to Zer0, did have the embossed seal.

to many commies are covering up the BC issue— probally have a better chance with the SS#- if he ever recieved a SS#, he would have had to give a copy of his BC.. i personally think he is a illegal alien with stolen SS#.. sue the social security administation to get answers..lol

I have looked at the document. It does not look like a seal to me. The document is a very poor quality image. It was NOT scanned directly and WAS edited. Fact... It is another forgery. HI called it an "abstract" not a certified copy of the COLB. My bet is it is based on a late application for Certificate of Live Birth, which was never acted on, because of lack of documentation. He was NOT born in the hospital stated on the abstract. He might have been "examined" there, but I doubt that also.
Don't make excuses for the vermin or his toadies at the HI Dept. of Health Legal Weasel Word Factory.
My state-certified birth certificate copy, issued a few months ago, does not have an embossed seal. It’s the only one accepted for DL and passport.

I had to seal every marriage certificate before it left my office to the couple and to the County registrar...
Seals are what make it official, not just to certify the copy. That is different.
There are so many holes in that “long form birth certificate”, posted on the WH site, that it’s lace......give it a break...phony as the $3.00 bill in your pocket!

Have you heard any more about the child who was transferred to that hospital(the day of but after the twins) and then died. I’d love to know the details and the number of that certificate.
It makes a possible reason that no one has said...”Hey that is my certificate number!”

We know that he’s a Marxist. We know that there is plenty screwy about this guy, a (rhetorical?) question I have is: Why is he so protected? Money talks, revenge talks, there must be many “bombshells” about this guy, but little really is coming out. What are they threatening people with that have the information? Their Life? Livelihood? What? He’s even more protected than the Kennedys. He’s the most protected man in America.

My own opinion is that he was born in Canada near Seattle. But there is no proof of that, just circumstantial evidence.
My bet is that grandma set Stanley Ann up with a Doctor in HI before she left to have Obozo. She filled out the necessary documents and signed them, not knowing if she would keep the child. Then phoned grandma to have the doctor file the paperwork. With the form not dated this could be done with no long distance travel. But I suspect HI failed to act on the paperwork because of lack of proof of birth. The record was there of the late filing, but no original Certificate of Live Birth was ever issued. That is why they have had to forge it, in the HI Department of Health Legal Weasel Word Factory.

Canadian birth is hardly ever mentioned anymore.
There is the story of the friend who said she did not seem to know how to even diaper the baby when she saw her there. I think she had pre-registered for school and began right away.

The recent birth announcement claims never mention that the address given is totally bogus. That is an odd fact that makes the entire Hawaii birth take on another odor. The parents did not know where they lived?
