yeah how about all those illegal aliens using phony names that get iinto car wrecks and run or get traffic tickets and never pay them? Those that pay their tickets are subsidizing those that don’t ....welfare for infractions...what’s next?
It costs money to arrest those people you know. The cops would rather give out profitable tickets to us idiot citizens who can be jailed for not paying them than to untraceable illegals who won't.
