I think you are right .. but it does not grant you the status of being a Natural Born Citizen, which is exactly what the founders were concerned with.

We all have our opinions, but the bottom line is that Barack Obama is the President of the United States. This needs to go to SCOTUS before the next election. One of the Rep candidates should challenge it, because they will have standing or at least one state should take it on.
