I'm not a forensic document examiner, but I can tell you (from a friend who is) that you can't call a signature legitimate or fraudulent on the basis of merely one letter, especially a capital letter.

Plus, all questionable signatures should be compared to at least a dozen known samples of the individual's signature. That's because the same person never signs his or her name exactly alike each time. But the same person usually exhibits common features in each signature specimen.
