There are ELEVEN GOP senators who voted for cloture recently, allowing McConnell, the former Planned Parenthood head, to be confirmed as a federal judge. Someone else can look up the names...Soem are surprising..like Thune.

This will be, IMHO, a come to Jesus moment for some of these GOP senators. Anyone know how Lugar voted?

The biggest disappointment for me in 2011 is that the old-time “Republicans” in the House are little different than Dems/Liberals. The 2010 Tea Party people are excellent, but they don’t have the numbers needed to do anything. I see, instead, congresspeople working only for their own benefit, perhaps seeing a collapse coming and unwilling to do anything to stop it except find their own exit strategy.
