You pay so that someone can get it “free.”

You pay so that someone can get it free. Its welfare.By that logic, military defense is welfare. Everything is welfare if it benefits those who are not paying into the system. You need a better definition of the term.

OK - as long as I’m payng for what I use, I’m OK with it.
Here in northern NJ our Catholic schools are dying out, and few people could live here on one income (for home schooling).
