Herman Cain’s statement on Obama’s Speech. (posted to his facebook yesterday):
“While stability & peace are at the forefront of America’s interests in the Middle East, we must be mindful that Israel remains our steadfast ally. Policy &resolutions that would upset the delicate balance in the region should be weighed & measured against the overall safety of everyone in the region & not appease those who seek to deceive & manipulate the process.”
During an interview with Erik Erickson last night, Mr. Cain expounded more on his position, and added “If you mess with Israel, you mess with the US.”
