(Reuters) - Some prominent Jewish Americans are rethinking their support for President Barack Obama's 2012 re-election bid after he effectively called on Israel to give back territory it has occupied since 1967 to Palestinians. The backlash after Obama's keynote speech on the Middle East has Democratic Party operatives scrambling to mollify the Jewish community as the president prepares to seek a second term in the White House.

Karl Marx was a self-loathing Jew. It is nothing new for many Jewish people to refuse to recognize reality.....to refuse to recognize God. Many refused to admit what was happening to them in Germany.....as they were being loaded onto the trains.
Maybe it is extreme hope or a disregard for the sheer evil of mankind. Can’t figure out their lack of common sense and disregard for the facts of history and the results of certain ideologies. They of all people should know the results of socialism and Marxism. Sheer evil and ALWAYS leads to no freedom—totalitarianism and fascism.

Their noses may be bent out of shape today, but come November of ‘12, they’ll vote for Zippy, like their parents would have, and their parents’ parents before them.
It is hard for those of us who have thinking and logical minds that question what is happening in this country to understand that for some people PARTY is the religion...it is the god...it is the savior...it must be upheld.
It seems (at least to me) that Democrats are much more reluctant to turn even Independent than are Republicans. My family would choke on a chicken bone before they ever voted anything other than Democrat. Jews have voted for Democrats since Roosevelt was President and helped in the rescue of the Jews from Hitler. They aren’t about to give up their party.
They may hate Obama but they will still vote Democrat. One of you posted that there are only about 5% Jews in the country....all I have to ask is how many of that 5% have either wealth or power or both...and, if not, how many have connections with someone who has one or both? Most of them.
The money will go to the Democratic party and the Jewish voters will just turn their heads as if ignoring they have turned their backs on their ancestry, their ancestral country and this country as well. They will not recognize that they gave money to Obama...it will be giving it to the Democratic party and that is all that counts.

We must be careful not to stigmatize all Jews because of a bunch of American libtard Jews. Jews have been victims of pogroms, murders, genocides, discrimination, etc by so-called “christians” throughout the ages. They tend to side with democrats because of their perceived long-standing civil rights records. Many republicans (as well as democrats)have been guilty of antisemitism. They are a gifted, talented people that make up a disproportionate number of diplomats, scientists, lawyers, actors, advisers,bankers, financiers, etc. Someday they will realize that there only true friends are evangelical Christians of a dispensational persuasion. As a member of the Baptist persuasion I am commanded to “pray for the peace of Jerusalem and to remember that “I will bless them that bless you and curse them that curse you” Shalom to my Jewish friends and please stand behind Bibi as he confronts the U.S. President.

Will Jews will vote for us? Depends on the candidate. Palin - no. Paul - hell no. Romney - yes. Cain - yes, Daniels - yes, Huntsman - yes.
They are part of the great dem party - Blacks, Latinos, unions, and Jews. Loss of Jews is not great in percent, but significant in money. Love to have them. They are great people.
The numbers that turned against the Dems were not that large, I think the majority still voted Dem. Much of the Jewish community votes Dem because Republicans are Christian and Conservative (both qualities much exaggerated by the Jewish community).

Other then the crusades I can not think of any other time that Christians did anything bad to Jews.
Republicans should have kicked Pat Buchanan out of the party by court order years ago though.
