This means that, unlike other Presidents (and pResidents), he may understand the inner working of the most arcane part of the US economy. Besides, whether the Ronulans like it or not, there isn’t enough gold in the world for the US to go back on the gold standard so we’re stuck with the Fed. That doesn’t mean we don’t need to get it under OUR control (instead of US being under THEIR control).
