Absolutely.
That would be taking Darwin's theory, and Climate Change on faith instead of recognizing them as scientific THEORIES. Neither of which is experimentally verifiable. The evidence for the theories is historical, not experimental. We also view General Relativity as a theory (although an experimentally verifiable one) that perhaps needs modification as well.
It's called SCIENCE . . . look it up.
“Living is easy with eyes closed, misunderstanding all you see.”
In one article filled with ridiculous conjecturing and more than a few outright lies, Weisberg reveals himself to be a pathetic fool. Just the statement about Republicans not wanting to pay for government and Palin behind some Birther conspiracy is the mutterings of demented personality. In fact, like all libs, Weisberg is a denier. He knows Obama is racking the worst debt record ever recorded, and the Pubbies, especially Palin, want to stop it. He can’t handle the truth.
ROTFLMAO. Tears flowing, even. THANKS for posting that again!
All Catholic and Most Christian schools teach evolution as a theory, because it IS a theory. It is unproved but has some fascinating aspects that suggest it is a possibility that life forms evolve into different life forms over the course of many Melania.
This belief doesn't mean that there isn't a God. If God is all knowing, all seeing and is infinite with no beginning and no end, it is logical that he would take billions of years to complete and act out his creations. The fact that atheists deny any possibility of a creator shows their non bending faith in a less than scientific approach to the argument. The fatcthat they will not even entertain the idea that there may be an Intelligent Designer to the Universe gives too much credit to random unexplainable events and existences. Most Atheist show more faith in theirnon-god than religious people show in their Creator.
Oh, Slate, you’re so goddam stupid I’m embarrassed for you.
Oy, Jim, you’re in trouble now! I floated the idea a few weeks ago that Catholics don’t get worked up about evolution and every holy roller and Catholic-hater came out to bash me over the head! Better get a helmet.
