Was he intending on forcing private banks to loan to any startup? Was he implementing some direct phone to local banks, that is where most business loans originate, to force them to loan to any small business that asks? Only a lawyer and commmunity organizer can actually think, "I said it, let it be done!"
Small business owner here, seen it go from my garage as a start-up to 13 employees. Now we are down to 4. I have only thrown additonal funds at it....that is all ending come June 1st. No relief in sight, no ability to get a loan, hate to lay off the employees but you gotta do what you gotta do....no more for me, I am worn out and tired. All the other small business owners that I know are right behind me....I think it is only gonna get worse.
