It is most certainly a felony in my state and Texas to fondle someone “private parts” without their consent!
It is also a felony in every state to fondle children with or without their consent!
Pat downs are not “fondling” nor are doctors’ examinations.
Are you going to have your doctor arrested if he gives you a proctological exam?
