They’re now part of an increasingly small Palin circle, made even smaller since spokeswoman Rebecca Mansour was sidelined from talking to the press after tweets criticizing Palin’s daughter were posted by the Daily Caller last week.
SarahPAC Treasurer Tim Crawford, a longtime Washington hand and campaign finance expert with deep ties to the Republican establishment, has been filling Mansour’s role on press. Palin also has a policy researcher, and former Bob Dole aide Michael Glasner is serving as her chief of staff.
Along with her husband, Todd, and Palin herself, that’s the extent of the inner circle. And convinced she’s her own best spokesman and advocate, Palin calls all the shots directly.”

Politico always fudge the facts anyway! Yes McMarlin and Jason were rehired but Palin always had a smaller inner circle of people, Politico seems to make it appear like her team is becoming smaller
STAR, thanks for adding *if true* - we don’t get our Sarah Palin news from politico....lol. They get it from other sources and embellish it or twist it and pretend they’re the first to break the news.

I've always liked her but the way she sends people beyond BDS is intriguing. I'm starting to believe she may really has a shot.
Mansour is a fantastic researcher and writer, but she didn’t sound good in interviews and it is likely just as well that she’s been pulled off direct press duty. Time for Palin to bring in a national-caliber spokesperson to wrangle the press.
