The things that will help you lose weight are: a) a reduction in starchy carbs; b) an increase in lean proteins, and: c) exercise.
As far as I know, none of these things has been banned. Low-fat, high-carb food pyramids only work when you are doing a tremendous amount of exercise, so I would refer you to my OP: Michelle Obamunist is a frigging idiot.
